Job summary

Mondelēz in Brentwood, CA is seeking an in-store merchandiser to represent the brand with professionalism and deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers. You will execute merchandising principles and capture display photos using DMI, while building strong relationships with store personnel.

You will stock shelves, rotate products, support promotions, and adhere to schedules set by the Retail Territory Manager.

Qualifications

Be 18 years or older and able to work a 5:00am start with 4–6 hours per day, including weekends.
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for store visits.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently.
Live within 25 miles of Brentwood, CA; ability to travel to multiple stores.

Execute store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Brentwood, CA
Availability for a 5:00am start and 4–6 hours per day, with varying days
Must be able to work at least one day on the weekend
