Job summary

Mondelēz in Mission, TX seeks a part-time Merchandiser to represent the brand in retail locations. You will perform store visits, stock shelves, rotate products, and implement promotions while upholding brand standards and safety rules.

This role requires independent work, a driver’s license, and availability for early shifts and 24 hours per week in local stores.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers on a regular basis.
• Execute store visits per Merchandising Principles and capture photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan compliance.
• Move products from stockrooms to floor and manage safe lifting.
• Communicate insights and issues to the Retail Territory Manager via Salesforce.

Job description

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
• Serve as the face of the company and deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans
• Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the Retail Territory Manager and retail team via Salesforce
• Move products from stockrooms to store floors and stock shelves while following safety and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Mission, TX)
• Availability Monday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday; start by 5 am
• Availability for 24 hours per week
