Job summary

Mondelēz in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a part-time in-store merchandiser to represent the brand and deliver high-quality customer service to store teams and shoppers. You will stock shelves, rotate products, and implement promotional displays while following DSD merchandising principles.

The role requires early start times (5 am), 24 hours per week, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Prior retail experience and a valid driver's license are preferred.

• Serve as the face of the company and deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers


• Execute store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI


• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel


• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards


• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans


• Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age


• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides


• High School Diploma or GED preferred


• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently


• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations


• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs


• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs


• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus


• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Corpus Christi, TX)


• Schedule availability required: Monday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday; start by 5 am, 24 hours per week
