Job summary

Mondelēz in-store merchandising role in the Winder, GA area seeks a professional field representative to ensure brand standards and stock levels. You will engage with store teams and shoppers, execute displays, and document visits with DMI.

Qualifications

• Lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, carrying; occasional pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25 miles of Winder, GA.

• Safely lift, bend, carry, push, and pull products from stockrooms to store floors.
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure brands are stocked and consumer-ready.

• Execute store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans
• Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the Retail Territory Manager and retail team via Salesforce
• Safely lift, bend, carry, push, and pull products from stockrooms to store floors
• Work with the Retail Territory Manager and retail team to ensure brands are stocked, displayed, and consumer-ready

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Winder, GA
• Schedule availability required: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
