Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in Granbury, TX to support in-store sales through effective merchandising, visibility, and client relations. You will stock shelves, build and rotate displays, and follow Mondelēz procedures on visits and promotions.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver’s license, can lift up to 25 lbs, and live within 25 miles of Granbury. The role requires mornings on Sundays, Thursdays, and Fridays, about 15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which you reside.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and push/pull up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Live within 25 miles of Granbury, TX; schedule includes Sunday, Thursday, Friday starting at 5 am for 15 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and optimize product visibility.
• Construct promotional displays and drives in-store display execution.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and stocked per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Enhance seasonal sales and new product launches; maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment


• Ability to meet defined physical activities including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs


• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs


• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus


• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Granbury, TX)


• Schedule availability required: Sunday, Thursday, Friday; start by 5 am, 15 hours per week
