• Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights via Salesforce.
• Safely lift, bend, move, push, and pull products from stockrooms to floors.

• Serve as the face of the company and deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans
• Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities via Salesforce
• Safely lift, bend, move, push, and pull products from stockrooms to store floors

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Des Moines, IA)
• Schedule availability required: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday; start by 6 am, 15–20 hours per week
