Job summary

Mondelēz seeks an in-store merchandising representative to travel to duty stations and engage with store personnel. You will support seasonal sales, stock shelves, and implement displays while maintaining brand standards.

You will communicate store insights via Salesforce, capture display photos through DMI, and build relationships with store teams. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards

Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events

Safely lift, bend, carry, push, and pull products while moving merchandise from stockrooms to store floors

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access a military base facility
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Kill Devil Hills, NC
Schedule availability on Sunday, Thursday, and Friday
