Job description

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence


• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers


• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI


• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel


• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce


• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM‑negotiated plans


• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM


• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high‑visibility merchandising events


• Communicate store‑level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team


• Lift, bend, push, pull, carry, and move products from stock rooms to store floors while stocking shelves

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age


• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides


• High School Diploma or GED preferred


• Positive and professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently


• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations


• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced work environment


• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs


• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs


• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus


• Live within 25‑35 miles range from the primary location: Miami Lakes, FL


• Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
