Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Part Time Merchandise Manager at our Keller, TX store. You will supervise merchandising and store operations, driving planogram execution, pricing integrity, and in-store promotions while ensuring a customer-ready environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of retail leadership experience, strong inventory and team coaching skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience managing store operations, inventory, and merchandising.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure SOP adherence.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck processing and in-store merchandising execution.
• Oversee planogram and visual standards, pricing, and promotions.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock movement, and replenishment.
• Execute Ship from Store and RTV/ASN processes.
• Coach and develop team members; ensure store readiness.
