• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock movement.
• Execute price changes and promotional signage accurately.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN receiving.
