Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of pricing, promotions, and visual standards to deliver a customer-ready store.
• Oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram execution, and stock movement to the sales floor.
• Coordinate Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs, and ASN receiving to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
