Job summary

You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards, ensuring promotions are executed on time and customers find ready‑to‑shop merchandise.

You will plan workloads with leadership, coach team members, and maintain store conditions, inventory integrity, and in‑stock levels to support sales and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience applying SOPs and company programs.
• Strong focus on inventory accuracy and pricing integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence and policy enforcement.
• Lead truck execution, inventory routines and floor replenishment.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Drive in-stock optimization through SISO routines and stock movements.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN processes to ensure accuracy.
