Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview mentors; maintain mentee matches via referrals from school staff.
• Schedule interviews with mentors and parents; conduct pre-match training.
• Plan match parties and annual reviews; ensure safety and match effectiveness.
• Maintain Salesforce records; report safety concerns to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with MA safety standards and monthly Salesforce follow-ups.
