Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Work, Education, Counseling, or related fields.
• 3–5+ years of experience working with students and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to counsel adults from a Biblical perspective; strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and maintaining mentee matches; conduct interviews with mentors and parents/guardians.
• Plan and facilitate match events and annual reviews; ensure match safety and effectiveness.
• Maintain Salesforce records; report safety concerns and keep leadership informed.
