Job summary

Silverado Tustin, a memory care leader, is seeking a part-time receptionist to greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. The PM shift runs Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, offering a friendly, fast-paced environment in a caregiving community.

You will handle phone inquiries, assist with check-in, manage mail, maintain associate and resident files, and support general clerical tasks, contributing to a welcoming front desk experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience interacting with the public.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Greet visitors and assist with check-in and directions.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail.
• Maintain and update computer files related to associates and residents.
• Support clerical duties and office functions as assigned.
