Silverado North Shore is seeking a receptionist to create a welcoming environment for residents, families, and guests. The role blends professionalism, empathy, and multitasking to support front desk operations at a memory care community.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of public-facing experience, strong computer skills with Word/Excel, and excellent verbal/written communication. Part-time PM shift (Thu/Fri 4:00 PM–8:00 PM) with pay range $14–$18 hourly and comprehensive benefits are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience interacting with the public via phone and in person.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately
• Greet visitors and assist with check-in and directions
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail
• Maintain and update computer files related to associates and residents
• Support clerical duties and office functions as assigned
