Job summary

GSNEO is seeking a Part-time Membership Placement Specialist to engage with potential members and guide them through registration. The role focuses on high-level customer service and supports GSNEO members and volunteers to advance council goals.

Responsibilities include leading the conversion of leads, maintaining CRM communications, and assisting with screenings and troop opportunities. The position is primarily in-office with some remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Proven office administrative experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce/OpSuite.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads to members/volunteers through a streamlined process.
• Track and manage communications with current and potential members using CRM.
• Support background screening for adult members.
• Create and maintain troop opportunities in the volunteer catalog.
• Provide multi-channel customer support (phone, email, in person).
