Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Senior Member Relationship Specialist to deliver outstanding member service while selling and referring credit union products. You will open accounts, process loans, balance cash vaults, and support branch leadership in delivering sales and service excellence.

The role emphasizes team collaboration, coaching, and compliance in a community-focused North Bay environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of retail sales or financial experience.
• Experience leading a team preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers.
• Cross-sell RCU and RCUSG products and services.
• Open accounts and match Member needs to products and services.
• Research Member problems and respond verbally and/or in writing.
• Determine appropriate loan products to meet Member needs.
• Obtain information to complete loan applications and collect documents.
• Complete loan funding and recommend additional products.
