Job summary

Service 1st Federal Credit Union is hiring a Part-Time Member Service Representative to support members in Montandon, Mifflinburg, and Lewisburg locations. You will handle routine financial transactions, cross-sell products, and resolve account questions with a focus on service excellence.

The role requires 25 hours per week with Monday through Saturday availability. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience in customer service or banking and a high school diploma or GED.
