Job summary

Service 1st Federal Credit Union in Pennsylvania is seeking a Member Service Representative to assist members in meeting routine financial goals and provide exceptional service. You'll perform routine account transactions and cross-sell products to meet members' financial needs.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and more while maintaining accuracy and compliance. The role requires 1-3 years of similar experience, high school diploma, and strong interpersonal

Qualifications

One year to three years of experience in customer service, cash handling, sales, banking or financial services.
Education - Requires a high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills - Requires well developed interpersonal skills for communicating with members.
Requires the ability to operate a computer and basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing).

Responsibilities

Receives and processes member's financial transactions.
Cross-sells various deposit, loan and convenience services appropriate to each individual member.
Uses problem solving skills to research member account questions and concerns.
Performs other daily, weekly and monthly routine tasks.
Performs other duties as assigned.
