Job summary

Service 1st Federal Credit Union is seeking a branch associate in Montandon, PA. You will greet members, perform routine account transactions, and handle lending services within a branch retail sales environment.

Responsibilities include processing deposits and loan payments, opening accounts, cross-selling services, and maintaining accurate records. Must be available Monday through Saturday and work 40 hours per week on-site in Montandon, PA.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience in a credit union or banking environment.
• Prior consumer lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine member transactions, including deposits, loan and VISA payments, transfers, and ordering members' checks.
• Interview, examine and process loan applications.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts; provide members with necessary information.
• Explain services to members to generate business and promote positive public relations.
• Assist with loan documentation and collection duties as needed.
• Maintain office files and perform back office data entry.
