Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative at our Kearns branch. You will provide exceptional service to members, assist with new accounts and servicing, and promote MACU products to meet member needs.

The role requires at least six months of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Hours are flexible within 8:40am–6:15pm, Mon–Fri, plus Saturdays, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products.
• Assist in opening new accounts and servicing existing accounts.
• Cross-sell financial services to meet member needs.
• Follow MACU onboarding approach and maintain member satisfaction.
