Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer phone calls, take info calls and tours, assist with sign-ups and member updates.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and BCM amenity usage as needed.
• Facilitate member services questions and forward to Club Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
