Job summary

The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas in Waxahachie is seeking a Part-Time Member Services Representative to greet members, promote memberships, provide tours, and support front desk operations.

You will work with a team, deliver friendly customer service, handle light cleaning, and participate in paid trainings. Flexible shifts range from 10–29 hours per week; a high school diploma or GED is required; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Positive outlook and team orientation.
• Friendly, professional customer service and communication.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Stand for long periods and learn new programs quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; basic web navigation.
• Bilingual helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships and YMCA programs.
• Give quality tours to prospective members and greet by name.
• Scan member cards and assist front desk operations.
• Provide prompt, friendly service and build member relationships.
• Participate in paid trainings and team meetings.
• Light cleaning and hospitality tasks (coffee, towels, supplies).
• Work with a team to make a positive community impact.
