Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships and YMCA programs.
• Learn to give quality tours tailored to member goals.
• Scan member cards and greet members by name.
• Build relationships and help retain members.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service.
• Perform light cleaning and hospitality tasks as needed.
• Attend paid trainings and team meetings.
