Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, members, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information.
• Process registrations, payments, and inquiries related to activities.
• Print daily revenue reports and prepare weekly deposits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
• Monitor access to the facility and enforce established policies.
• Assist in promoting upcoming events and activities.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Collaborate with other staff members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
