Planet Fitness Greensboro is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior Judgement Free member experience. You will handle phone inquiries, member sign-ups, and front-desk tasks to ensure smooth club operations.

The role is part-time with shifts including Monday–Thursday and Friday–Sunday; starting pay is $11 per hour, with scheduled increases based on anniversary dates. Benefits include PTO, EAP, and a free Black Card Membership to eligible employees.

Formación

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; basic computer proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist with inquiries.
• Process purchases via the POS system and promote fitness programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe club environment and support member questions promptly.
