Job summary

Planet Fitness opportunity within National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, offering part-time roles at our Greensboro club. You will assist members, handle sign-ups, and promote PE@PF classes while ensuring a welcoming, clean, and safe environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Address member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness classes (PE@PF) to members and new sign-ups.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
