Job summary

Responsibilities

• 60% handles member inquiries by phone and online, resolving issues or routing to a supervisor.
• 20% identifies cross-sell opportunities and promotes services.
• 10% processes wire requests and responds to emails; assists with web/video chat.
• 10% conducts account maintenance and explains product options to meet needs.
