Job summary

Wings Credit Union seeks a Part-Time Member Service Representative in Parker, CO to deliver exceptional member service and accurate transactions. You will help members with deposits, openings, and account maintenance while pursuing monthly sales goals and cross-sell opportunities.

Role requires 6+ months in financial services or retail customer service, strong communication, math accuracy, and comfort handling cash.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent.
• REQUIRED: 6+ months Customer Service experience in Financial Services or Retail Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality member service through accurate, professional face-to-face interactions, including basic transactions and account maintenance.
• Meeting monthly sales standards by offering products (deposits, lending, cards, investments, and business banking).
• Adhering to safety, service standards, and regulatory requirements (BSA/ CFPB).
• Ensuring accuracy and timely completion of day-to-day member requests.
