Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is hiring a part-time teller in Woods Cross, UT. You will welcome members, handle transactions, open and service accounts, and help customers choose products that fit their needs.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• No supervisory/managerial responsibilities.
• Thorough knowledge of credit union policies, procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs, advising on products, and processing transactions.
• Educate members on MACU tools, resources, and cross-sell products as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and balancing per branch procedures.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and protect branch security and compliance.
