Jolt Credit Union in Saginaw, MI seeks a Part-Time Member Service Rep to greet members, handle transactions, and recommend banking options, 24-28 hours weekly with some Saturdays. You’ll be the friendly face delivering top-notch service and supporting financial well-being.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service is a must (cash handling, teller, or sales experience a bonus!).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail and a knack for accuracy
• Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during shifts
• A passion for helping others and being part of a team

Responsibilities

• Deliver service to members and coworkers in alignment with our Service Promise: "Giving it All We've Got, Every Day and Everywhere"
• Credit union product promotion and recommendations
• Verifying cash in drawer at beginning and end of day
• Processing deposits, loan payments, VISA payments, and other payments
• Disbursing account withdrawals and cashing checks
• Process other teller transactions relative to accounts, credit cards, loans
• Issuing Cashier's checks
• Cashing U.S. Savings Bonds
• Responding to member inquiries
• Assisting balancing branch, vault, ATM
• Protecting the credit union from fraud
