• Issuing Cashier's checks
• Cashing U.S. Savings Bonds
• Responding to member inquiries
• Assisting balancing branch, vault, ATM
• Protecting the credit union from fraud

About the Role

As a Part-Time Member Service Rep, you'll be the face of Jolt for our members - greeting them with a smile, helping them navigate financial transactions, and recommending banking and lending options that improve their financial well-being.

You'll work between 24-28 hours a week, including some Saturdays from 8:30am-12:30pm. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people and delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

• Assisting with balancing branch, vault, ATM, etc.
