Planet Fitness is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Reading, PA club. You will deliver a welcoming, efficient member experience, assist with sign-ups and tours, and address inquiries to maintain our Judgement Free environment.

Starting pay is $11 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter. Growth opportunities and benefits accompany a friendly team culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
