Briggs Community YMCA in Olympia, WA is seeking a Member Service Representative to enroll members, register programs, and provide information and referrals. You will be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere and assisting members efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age or older.
• Positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to meet member needs and direct questions appropriately.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic clerical knowledge and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Register members for membership and programs using the system.
• Perform transactions under your name and password and reconcile funds.
• Control facility admittance with checks or day passes.
• Provide accurate information on memberships, programs, and facilities.
• Answer phones consistently and courteously.
• Maintain lobby, safety, and cleanliness in the facility.
• Support supervisor with other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate YMCA core values during shifts.
