Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members through phone, email, web, video chat, secure messaging, and other communication channels.
• Assist members with account inquiries, product servicing requests, and general banking needs.
• Process a variety of member service requests, including financial transactions, debit and credit card assistance, stop payments, ACH transactions, check orders, and fraud-related concerns.
• Educate members on Credit Union products, services, and digital banking solutions.
• Identify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial well-being.
• Assist members with accessing and utilizing digital banking tools and services.
• Process outgoing wire requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate member records, including contact information updates and account maintenance activities.
• Recognize and escalate potential fraud, account abuse, elder abuse concerns, and other situations requiring additional review.
• Ensure compliance with all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Build positive member relationships through timely, professional, and solution-oriented service.
