Mountain America Credit Union's Centerville Branch is seeking a friendly member services professional. In this full-time role you will provide exceptional service, assess member needs, and help with account openings and servicing.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with possible increases by experience. Benefits include medical/dental, PTO, 401K match, tuition assistance, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products and services.
• Assist in opening new accounts and servicing existing accounts.
• Cross-sell financial products to meet member needs and achieve sales/service goals.
• Handle branch transactions accurately and follow procedures.
