Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union in Midvale, UT is seeking a part-time Member Service role. You will provide exceptional service, assess member needs, and advise on MACU products to help meet financial goals.

The position supports branch operations, processes transactions, and maintains security. Part-time hours are 20–25 per week with a starting pay of $17.50/hour, plus incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to cross-sell financial services to members.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products and services.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer integrity.
• Open/close procedures and branch operations support.
• Assist in branch security and daily workflows.
• Respond promptly to emails, messages, and member inquiries.
