Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative at a Planet Fitness club in Philadelphia. The role involves welcoming members, handling inquiries, and guiding sign-ups to ensure a Judgement Free experience.

The position offers competitive starting pay of $12 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary dates. PTO, EAP, and free Black Card membership are among benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Basic computer proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
