You will support onboarding, mail management, and daily operations while contributing to a welcoming, collaborative environment and ensuring the space is organized and fully functional.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, manage the front desk during business hours.
• Oversee mail services and distribution.
• Facilitate member onboarding and welcome kits.
• Conduct space walkthroughs and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Develop inventory systems for supplies and signage.
• Support event planning, setup, and breakdown.
• Coordinate bookings and respond to member inquiries.
• Provide scheduling and conference room support to the Community Director.
