Job summary

Kiln is a flex office and lifestyle brand seeking a Part-time Member Experience Associate in Bozeman, MT. You’ll be the first contact for Kiln members and guests, ensuring smooth operations and a top-tier experience across the space.

You will support the Community Director by managing front desk duties, mail, onboarding, and communications, helping Kiln’s community thrive. This role averages about 20 hours per week with opportunities to grow within the Kiln network.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests at front desk during business hours.
• Oversee mail services and distribute as needed.
• Facilitate member onboarding and welcome kits.
• Plan, set up, and breakdown events; manage communications via email, Slack, and newsletters.
• Maintain clean, organized spaces and manage inventory of supplies.
