Job summary

Kiln is a flex office and lifestyle brand expanding across the western United States. We are seeking a Part-time Member Experience Associate to be the friendly first contact for Kiln members and guests.

You will help plan events, coordinate onboarding, manage mail and storefront operations, and support the Community Director with scheduling and facilities tasks to keep the space welcoming, organized, and fully functional.

Qualifications

• Experience in office management, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, resourceful mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests at the front desk and manage business hours.
• Oversee mail services and onboarding of new members.
• Maintain space cleanliness and inventory of supplies.
• Coordinate events, communication via email/Slack/newsletters, and member inquiries.
• Assist Community Director with scheduling, room preparation, and signage procurement.
