HOUMA CLUB 24 LLC is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Houma, LA for part-time work. You will deliver superior customer service to current CLUB4 Fitness members and prospective members.

The role involves greeting guests, answering questions, signing up new memberships, and giving tours. The position requires a friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at the front desk.

• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations.
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize with Club members and problem-solve in partnership with Club management personnel.
• Demonstrate diplomacy and professionalism in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including:
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check members into the PEAK/ABC IGNITE purchasing system.
• Assist with the new membership signing-up process.
• Take prospective members on tours of the Club facility.
• Update member account information, as needed.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager, as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the Club.
• Complete daily Club cleaning assignments.
