HOUMA CLUB 24 LLC in Houma, LA is seeking a Front Desk Closer for part-time evening shifts (3 PM–11 PM, Mon–Fri). You will open the facility on time, greet members, and ensure the club runs smoothly through the closing hours.

You must be punctual, dependable and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced fitness environment. Responsibilities include closing at 11 PM, securing deposits, cleaning the club, assisting members with account questions, and reporting discrepancies to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in fitness or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be punctual and reliable.

Responsabilités

• Closes the facility's staffed hours promptly at 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Ensures all cash deposits are closed and secured.
• Cleans the CLUB common areas, locker rooms, and equipment to keep the facility clean at closing.
• Greets members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensures members and guests check in appropriately.
• Assists members with account issues and answers general questions.
• Counts inventory and reports any discrepancies to management.
• Performs additional tasks as needed.
