Job summary

Planet Fitness in Warren, MI is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide a high level of service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a welcoming, judgment-free experience at the gym.

You will greet members, answer phones, assist with sign-ups, tours, and billing updates, while maintaining clean facilities and a friendly, professional demeanor throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Continually standing and walking during your shift.
• Continually talking to members and potential members in person and on the phone during your shift.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring members feel comfortable and welcomed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check in members, provide tours of the club, sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and billing issues.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Regularly clean the entire facility, including bathrooms, equipment, front desk area, and amenities.
