Job summary

Planet Fitness in Mt. Clemens, MI is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide superior member experiences. You will greet guests, answer calls, sign up new members, and ensure billing updates are communicated clearly.

You’ll help maintain a clean facility and support a welcoming, judgment-free environment for all guests. The role emphasizes friendly service, reliability, and regular interaction with members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Continual standing and walking during your shift.
• Continual talking to members and potential members in person and on the phone during your shift.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and making them feel welcome.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, give tours, sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Regular cleaning of the facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.
