This part-time role offers a starting wage of $20.85 per hour, regular training, and a supportive team culture with incentives. Work 20–24 hours Monday through Friday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM and some Saturdays on a rotating

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service experience; call center preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; adaptable to audience.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming voice of Dupaco on the front lines, building relationships with members.
• Provide support via phone, chat, ITM and other channels.
• Educate members about Dupaco products and services to meet needs.
• Resolve member questions and sensitive situations accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure high-quality member care.
