Job summary

BECU is seeking a part-time Member Consultant II to deliver superior member experiences and sales support across a range of financial services. You will diagnose consumer financial needs and guide members to appropriate products, while acting as a subject matter expert for specialized services.

As a part-time role in the North District, you will participate in a 12-week training program and support travel to Monroe and Tukwila locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales across areas including business services, consumer lending, deposit servicing, IRA, POA, and Fiduciary accounts.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through outbound/inbound call center.
• Assist the community with financial wellness: budgeting, debt management, or access to financial planning resources.
• Refer members to specialized services when necessary.
