Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or professional experience working directly with people.
• 1+ year of financial services experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of credit union products, services, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashier's checks.
• Provide exceptional member service by answering questions and resolving issues.
• Gather and validate wire transfer information and issue debit/credit cards.
• Troubleshoot online banking and card issues; maintain a zero variance cash drawer.
