Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, NJ, is hiring part-time and per diem CNAs. You’ll support residents’ daily living, implement care plans, and partner with clinical staff to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, while respecting each resident’s routines and preferences.

We offer $22.00–$26.25 per hour plus shift differential, generous benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with 3% match, on-site health centers, wellness programs, education

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA certification for the state you work in.
• Current Medication Administration certification as required by state.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year Medication Administration experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter; administration of medication to residents
